Terms of Use
Stoplark · Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of Stoplark, made by Jiří Chochlík ("we"). Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies as well; these terms add to it.
The app
Stoplark orders your delivery stops and hands each one to a navigation app. Its driving times, stop order and finish time are estimates. You stay responsible for driving safely and lawfully, for following road signs and traffic, and for where you stop. Set up your route before you drive, and don't use the app in a way that distracts you from the road.
Plans and purchases
- Free: up to 20 stops per route, optimization included.
- Pro: up to 200 stops per route and the mileage export. Monthly at $9.99, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or yearly at $59.99.
- 7-day pass: Pro for 7 days at $4.99. It doesn't renew.
The prices the app shows, in your currency, are the ones that apply. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel or manage them in the app (Settings → Plan → Manage in App Store) or in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends and you won't be charged. Apple handles refunds.
Your data
Your routes stay on your phone, as the Privacy Policy explains. Keep your own records of anything you must not lose.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app reliable, but as far as the law allows, we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
