Stoplark: Help

How many stops are free?

20 stops per route, optimization included. Done stops count too. Pro and the 7-day pass allow up to 200.

I paid, but the app says Free

Go to Settings → Plan → Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you paid with. It works the same on a new iPhone.

How do I cancel?

In iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in this app’s Settings → Plan → Manage in App Store. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.

Will my price go up?

No. If the price of Pro changes, you keep the price you pay for as long as you stay subscribed.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

reportaproblem.apple.com

What if I delete the app?

Your routes, places and remembered details are deleted with it. They live only on this iPhone, with no account. Back up first: Settings → Backup → Back up to Files. A new iPhone set up from your iCloud backup brings them along.

When do stop numbers stop changing?

When you start driving. Until then, optimizing numbers the stops in the new order. After you start, each stop keeps its number, whatever you reorder, add or skip.

A pin is in the wrong place

Open the stop and tap Fix pin, then move the map until the pin sits on the right spot, and tap Use this spot. The app remembers it for that address.

Why do some times have a ~?

Without signal, or when road times can’t be reached, the app orders stops by straight lines and marks those times with ~. Once road times are back, it offers a better order.

Miles or kilometers? AM/PM or 24-hour?

The app follows your iPhone: Settings → General → Language & Region for the measurement system, and Settings → General → Date & Time for 24-hour time. After a change, close the app and open it again.
